Hi, I’m Grant and I’m a freelance photographer and videographer based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
I specialise in event photography, covering everything from conferences, gala dinners and awards nights, through to product launches and brand activations. What I enjoy most about this type of work is capturing the atmosphere, energy and key moments that make an event feel memorable, while creating polished imagery that can continue to be used across marketing, social media and brand communications long after the event finishes.
My professional photography journey started over a decade ago when I began freelancing on the side of my marketing job, before moving into freelancing full-time in 2021. That marketing background still plays a big role in how I approach my work today, helping me understand how content is actually used by brands in their marketing.
After cutting my teeth in Sydney’s nightclub scene, I’ve gone on to work across a wide range of corporate and branded events, while also shooting portraits, hospitality, venue and lifestyle content in both stills and video.
